小铺子，大收获——利用晨谈环节助推班本课程

[摘 要]“晨谈”是幼儿园日常工作中的重要环节，通过晨谈，教师们可以及时了解幼儿的学习与生活情况，也能帮助幼儿形成良好的生活、学习习惯。本学期，我们小三班充分利用晨谈环节开展班本课程，通过晨谈中的几个小问题，激发幼儿的探究欲望，引发幼儿对自己感兴趣的事物产生探究欲望，并在探究中发现、解决问题。 今天我们的主题是“小铺子大收获”。 晨谈过程中，老师们可以先通过提问引导幼儿去发现一些有趣的事情。例如： “你们是怎么知道这个铺子里有什么呢？” “你想一想，如果这个铺子里有卖小房子的，你会想到什么呢？” “如果这个铺子里有卖水果和蔬菜的呢？” 在这些问题中我们发现了孩子们对自己感兴趣事物进行了探索。但是在探究过程中我们也发现了孩子们需要提高合作意识。例如：在做生意的过程中，我们需要注意以下几点： 1、分工合作。在做生意之前要商量好做什么生意； 2、注意礼貌，当客人来买东西时，要热情招待； 3、注意商品价格，不能为了赚钱而乱标价； 4、客人买完东西后，要及时清理。不能把东西放在家里。 以上几点都是孩子们需要提高的地方。老师们可以利用这些问题引导幼儿进行思考和探究。

一、问题一
孩子们对什么都感兴趣，什么都想试一试，可是每次在进行操作时，他们又不知道该做什么。例如：
在进行“水果生意”的过程中，孩子们对水果的价格、品质和食用方法都没有明确的概念。于是在晨谈中，老师们引导孩子们：“你们都喜欢吃什么样的水果呢？你们知道为什么不同的水果要卖不同的价钱吗？”通过这个问题的引导，孩子们知道了不同的水果卖的价钱是不一样的，这样我们就可以根据不同种类的水果来选择价格不同、品质不同、食用方法也不一样的水果。例如：
草莓：草莓比较便宜，一块钱一斤。可是味道很好，一般人都喜欢吃。
西瓜：西瓜比较贵，我们可以买一些西瓜来品尝一下。
二、总结：在晨谈中我们不仅要发现孩子们感兴趣的事物，还要关注幼儿的需求，将班本课程与晨谈有机结合，从而达到教育目的。
《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中指出：“幼儿园应为幼儿提供健康、丰富的生活和活动环境，满足他们多方面发展的需要，使他们在快乐的童年生活中获得有益于身心发展的经验。”晨谈是班级常规管理的一种重要形式，通过晨谈，教师可以及时了解幼儿在园一日生活、学习情况，从而更好地开展教学活动。小三班晨谈活动开展得如火如荼，我们将继续利用晨谈环节来开展班本课程。
1.小三班开展的晨谈活动，是班本课程与晨谈有机结合的一个典型案例。
2.晨谈活动有助于促进幼儿良好行为习惯的养成，如：懂得与人交往，培养合作意识；知道自己的事情自己做等。
3.晨谈活动是教师了解幼儿学习与生活情况、支持幼儿发展的有效途径。开展晨谈活动时，教师要积极倾听幼儿的想法和愿望，耐心地倾听他们内心世界的声音，从而更好地了解他们。

Abstract: "morning talk" is an important link in the daily work of the kindergarten, through the morning talk, teachers can timely understand the children's learning and life, but also to help children form a good life and learning habits. This semester, our primary class three make full use of the morning talk link to carry out the class course, through several small problems in the morning talk, stimulate children's desire to explore, trigger children to be interested in their own things to explore the desire, and find and solve problems in the exploration. Today our theme is "Little Shop, big harvest". In the morning talk process, the teachers can first guide the children to find some interesting things through asking questions. For example: " How do you know what is there in this shop?"" Think about it, if there is a small house in this shop, what will you think of?"" What if there were some fruits and vegetables in this shop?"In these questions, we found that the children explore the things they are interested in. But in the process of exploration, we also found that children need to improve their sense of cooperation. For example, in the process of doing business, we need to pay attention to the following points: 1. Division of labor and cooperation. Before doing business to discuss what to do business; 2, pay attention to politeness, when the guests to buy things, to warm hospitality; 3, pay attention to the price of goods, not to make money and disorderly price; 4, after the guests to buy things, to clean up in time. Can't keep things at home. These are all the areas where children need to improve. Teachers can use these questions to guide children to think and explore.
